Intense and lively straw yellow. Strong aromas of citrus and mineral sensations. The sense of smell in youth is reserved, almost restrained, and then explodes during evolution according to a typical Riesling habit. Bright palate, full of juice, inviting for the vibrant acidity that insinuates itself between the taste buds: the taste is brought to a peak of contrast, giving it the flavor of an exclusive minerality (flint, rock, granites). Very long finish.
