ORGANOLEPTIC PROFILE
This is a lively and fragrant wine, rich in aromas reminiscent of golden apple, pear, peach but also mint and nettle.
On the palate it is enhanced by its luminous freshness and joyful effervescence, characteristics that prolong the aromatic closure of fruit and aromatic herbs.
FOOD COMBINATIONS Excellent as an aperitif, it can accompany various dishes, in particular soups, egg-based dishes, first courses with fish-based sauces, not too elaborate seafood dishes but also light fried foods.
Excellent with pizza.
