ORGANOLEPTIC PROFILE
Straw yellow colour, expresses aromas on the nose intense and at the same time elegant, where the memories of wild flowers, white pulp fruit and above all aromatic herbs dominate. In the mouth it highlights a "three-dimensional" progression, thanks to structure, acidity and aromatic richness which enhance the breadth, length and depth of sensations.

Ideal for all vegetable and fish preparations, from simple ones to the most demanding, where a leading role is played by spices and aromatic herbs.
