Monte Gorna Vecchie Viti Etna Bianco DOC 75 cl Nicosia

The grapes of this Etna Bianco with unique characteristics come from the high-altitude rows lying on the steep slopes of the ancient vineyard of Monte Gorna. Prevailing is the Carricante variety, which has its origins in the south-eastern side of the volcano. The low yields, the manual harvesting in crates and the careful selection of the grapes give life to a white of great elegance, which finds its distinctive character in the minerality typical of the Etna terroir. Four years of aging in the cellar, which also include a passage of 12 months in French oak barrels, complete the taste-olfactory profile.
