Mon Blanc 75 cl Les Cretes
Grape varieties: blend of native and international white grape varieties.
Annual production: 20,000 bottles.
Vinification: refrigeration and soft whole bunch pressing of the grapes, fermentation for 12 days in stainless steel (temperature controlled 14°C). Aging “sur lies” for 3 months.
Sensory notes: Crystalline, straw yellow colour. Delicate and fruity on the nose. Immediate and broad taste.
Recommended pairings: Fish appetizers, white meats, fresh cheeses, steamed fish, omelettes, cakes.
Contains sulphites.
