It has a beautiful straw yellow color with green reflections. On the nose it is seductive. At the opening, hints of white flowers combine well with aromatic vegetables, then enveloping notes of flowers and citrus leaves emerge. In the mouth it is full and with a beautiful structure, the flavor guarantees a great taste persistence.
GRAPES: Dominant Inzolia supported by some selections of Chardonnay biotypes
SOIL TYPE: Ninotta and Milici, plateau of marly origin with a high, highly calcareous clay component

HARVEST PERIOD: End of August Chardonnay – Mid-September Inzolia
HARVEST METHOD: Manually in 14 kg boxes
VINIFICATION: Soft pressing with closed lung pneumatic presses. Fermentation at a controlled temperature and with selected yeasts, partly in steel (90%) and, to a minimal extent, in oak barriques (10%)
MATURATION: During the refinement of approximately 6 months the wine is constantly subjected to “bâtonnage” to favor the lysis of yeasts. Maturation in bottle for approximately 2 months
