Food: it is a fish wine: appetizers, shellfish and sushi; but also from risottos and delicate first courses. Excellent as an aperitif.
Colour: Straw yellow with typical greenish reflections.
Nose: Broad, complex, with notes of wild flowers, mint, lavender and sage alternating with mineral hints of flint and fruity nuances of bergamot and white peach.
Palate: Fresh, mineral, very long with a solid body but with an acidic push and fullness of taste. Surprising nose-palate correspondence on faintly hydrocarbon notes.
Serving temperature: 11 - 13°C
Contains sulphites.
