TASTING NOTES: Part of the The grapes come from vineyards adjacent to the sea coast in front of the island of Mozia. Sparkling white wine with a straw yellow color with greenish reflections. Fragrant, floral and fruity scents on the nose while in the mouth vegetal flavors typical of the variety used. These characteristics contain all the Sicilian nature of the sea, the summer breezes and the citrus fruits of Sicily.
HOW TO PAIRING: Young and lively wine, ideal for accompanying light and tasty dishes, grilled fish, molluscs, crustaceans, white meats and sautéed or baked vegetables. Excellent as an aperitif. Serving temperature: 8-10°C.
