DESCRIPTION
Captivating and drinkable, Le Rime perfectly accompanies an aperitif in company. Pale straw yellow colour. The aromas of green apple and white peach blend with fresh and floral aromas.
Savory and with a vibrant acidity, it has a long and persistent finish.
VARIETY
Chardonnay and Pinot Grigio.
TECHNICAL NOTES
Fermentation: at a controlled temperature (13-15°) in steel vats.
Aging: in steel vats with rest on the lees for approximately 2 months.
Alcohol: 13%
Suggested serving temperature: 10-12°C.
Contains sulphites.
