Training system: spurred cordon counter-espalier
Plant density: 4000 plants per hectare
Vinification and ageing: the grapes are destemmed without crushing and immediately started to soft pressing. The must is then sent to fermentation which lasts for about 15 days at temperatures between 15° and 18° until completion.
Alcohol: 12.5% vol.
Organoleptic characteristics
Colour: color straw yellow with barely perceptible greenish reflections.
Bouquet: fruity with notes of pear and citrus.
Taste: fresh, balanced with the right acid note.
Service temperature: 12°
Gastronomic combinations: fish dishes cooked naturally on the grill and also with steam.
Contains sulphites.
