Thanks to a wonderful vineyard rich in calcium carbonate it is possible to obtain a Sauvignon with unique characteristics. Notes of grapefruit and tomato leaves play in counterpoint with the flint. In the mouth it is firm but fresh, with a precious minerality and an enticing acidity.
