PRODUCTION METHOD
Fermentation: at controlled temperature (13-15°) in steel vats.
Refinement: in steel vats with rest on the lees for approximately 3 months.
Alcohol: 13%
Suggested serving temperature: 10-12°C.
Contains sulphites.
