Organic Catarratto produced as it used to be, the grapes are hand-picked by choosing the best bunches, and all processing is carried out with great care in order to obtain a wine highly drinkable and with persuasive aromas. A wine that fully expresses the terroir that contributes to making Catarratto one of the best Sicilian wines. Jocu is a tribute to the traditions of the past and to slow and carefree living.

Characteristics: Very drinkable and with persuasive aromas characterized by freshness and sapidity with citrus notes, it gives its best in the Alcamesi hills. Pairings: Perfect with linguine with seafood, fish and shellfish dishes but also vegetables and white meats. Alcohol content: 12% vol
