ORGANOLEPTIC PROFILE
Bright straw yellow, it is rich in floral and fruity notes with a suffused presence of almond .
On the palate it confirms these themes, with an acidity equal to the warm alcohol content.

Its complexity and multifaceted organoleptic characteristics make it very suitable for any fish preparation , even the most elaborate, and in comparison with white meats, egg-based dishes and fresh sheep's cheeses.
