Iconema Tai DOC Piave 1,5 lt Ca di Rajo

Iconema is the story of a memory that wishes to live forever. A white wine produced exclusively with Tai grapes from a single centenary vineyard grown with the Bellussera system. The grapes, harvested by hand, are placed on racks and selected for a short drying. The wine, after a period of aging in barrels, is bottled in a limited and numbered edition. The aromas are intense, varied, from flint to ripe peach and saffron. In the mouth it is warm and dry, with good acidity and flavor. Great structure with excellent aromatic persistence and an intense finish.
