Inzolia gives this wine elegance and persistent nuances of orange blossom and citrus typical of the Mediterranean. With a marked freshness, it is one of the typical grape varieties of Sicily.

Vinification: The harvest takes place manually in the coolest hours of the day. After destemming and a short cold maceration, the soft progressive pressing of the grapes is carried out. A slow thermo-controlled alcoholic fermentation follows.
