good content of organic substance and iron.
TASTING NOTES
This wine has a straw yellow color with green reflections. The scent is rich in citrus fruits such as grapefruit and delicate orange blossom. The exotic fruits help balance the lively acidity, structure and giving a beautiful finish to the wine.
PAIRINGS
Raw or cooked fish and shellfish dishes.
Serve at 8-10°C.
