Colour: Straw yellow with typical greenish reflections.
Nose: Broad, delicious, with a scent of wild flowers, almonds, white and yellow fruits such as apple, pear, white plum and gooseberry.
Palate: Fresh, dry, intense, harmonious and pleasantly fruity, soft with good body, well-balanced acidity and pleasantly long aftertaste. Perfect nose-palate affinity.
Serving temperature: 8 - 10 °C
