Style: ready-to-drink territorial white.
Grape varieties: 100% Grechetto harvested in mid-September.
Color: intense straw yellow.
Aroma: heady and with a good impact, delicately floral (jasmine, rose and anise), reminiscent of exotic fruit less nectarine, pineapple and citrus fruits, closing with Mediterranean puffs.
Taste: dry, full of volume and substance with a good return of fruit in the mouth. The wine shows a fun dynamic balance thanks to the traditional almond closure of Grechetto, an important flavor and lively freshness.
Alcohol: 13% Vol.
Fusion pairing: tuna belly sashimi and Japanese amberjack.
Contains sulphites.
