Vinification and Ageing: Le grapes are harvested in the second ten days of September and subjected to soft pressing.
After fermentation, the wine remains on its lees, aging "sur-lie", until January - February.
Description: Catarratto vinified alone with a lively color with straw yellow notes and greenish reflections .
Intensely fruity, delicately floral, it contains notes of jasmine, apricot, white peach and yellow plums.
Balanced in the mouth with the right fullness, freshness and acidity, giving it drinkability, sapidity and good longevity.
How to serve it: the best serving temperature is around 11°C,
serve in medium sized glasses.
