Intense yellow color with greenish nuances when young, persistent aroma of citrus fruits, flowers, white fruit. Approximately 13% alcohol, elegant opening on the palate, persistence, freshness and slight salinity balanced by the structure.

Good aperitif, prefers pairing with summer Mediterranean cuisine, raw seafood, calamari, cuttlefish, octopus, fish dishes, cold cuts, baked pasta, white meats.
It should be drunk fresh, it grows significantly in the two/three years following the harvest.
Recommended temperature: 8-10°C. about. To be uncorked ten minutes before tasting.
