Our Reserve comes from the old vineyard dominated by the monumental Green Oak of Tassarolo. Straw yellow in colour, the old vines and the refinement give it structure, flavor and length, without losing the characteristic freshness and cleanliness typical of our Gavi. It is a wine designed for ageing, with an evolution towards notes of hydrocarbon and tropical fruit.
