DESCRIPTION
Perfect interpretation of the fresh white wines of Banfi in Montalcino. Pale straw yellow colour.
On the nose the fruity scents of citrus and tropical fruit blend with light floral notes.
A vibrant acidity stands out in the mouth which gives freshness and length to the finish.

Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc
TECHNICAL NOTES
Fermentation: at a controlled temperature (13-15°) in steel vats.
Refinement: in steel vats with rest on the lees for approximately 3 months.
Alcohol: 12.5%
Temperature suggested service temperature: 10-12°C.
Contains sulphites.
