Production Area: Cormons (Gorizia).
Harvest: Manually in small boxes in mid-September.
Elaboration: Crushing of the whole grapes and soft pressing. Cold clarification by gravity alone of the free-run must. Fermentation in oak barrels where the wine remains for approximately 10 months. Subsequently the wines are assembled. No malolactic fermentation. Gentle filtration at the time of bottling.
Contains sulphites.
