Geographical Area: DOC Collio.
Vine variety: Friulano (100%).
Production Area: Cormons (Gorizia).
Harvest: Manual in small boxes in mid-September.
Elaboration: Crushing of the whole grapes and soft pressing. Cold clarification by gravity only. Separation of free-run must and pressed must. Fermentation in oak barrels and partly in stainless steel where the wine remains for approximately 10 months. Subsequently the wines are assembled. No malolactic fermentation. Gentle filtration at the time of bottling.
Contains sulphites.
