Friulano DOC 75 cl Colutta

A wine of great typicality and personality, it has a deep straw yellow colour.
It is drunk young and is very pleasant between meals at a temperature of 8° C. or combined with roast fish, soups and San Daniele ham.
Vinification: classic white winemaking with soft pressing, refrigeration and static decantation of the suspended parts, decanting of the clean must, fermentation at a controlled temperature (below 20°C) with the addition of selected yeasts which allow a regular development of the fermentation processes.
Vol.12.5%.
Contains sulphites.
