BOUQUET On the nose its characteristics of freshness and fragrance take the form of hints of white flowers and almond, pear and peach.
PAIRINGS Its gastronomic sublimation occurs when paired with San Daniele ham, but it also gives great results with strong soups (spelt, barley, chickpeas), fried fish from the Adriatic and tempure of vegetables.

To be tried, no longer young, even with white meat dishes, with a delicate and light sauce, whose savory and unctuous base is balanced by the acid action on the palate.
FLAVOR Its freshness dominates on the palate fleshy and substantial sensations. Correct calibration between acidity and alcoholic and glycerine aspect. The retronasal return, complexity and palatal length are noteworthy.
