Characteristics: Ruby red color with garnet reflections, intense aroma with pleasant notes of red fruits. Fruity with a pleasant peppery finish.
Pairings: ideal with meat main courses, also to be tried with smoked ribs. Perfect in combination with a fillet with green pepper.
