DESCRIPTION
A historical "pearl" of the Montalcino and Banfi area: perfect balance between aromatic expression and acidity.
Round and full, it is characterized by the extreme variety of perfumes and aromas.
Intense hints of dehydrated apricot, honey and candied orange stand out on the nose.
In the mouth the notable residual sugar is well balanced by good acidity.
Balanced, silky and very persistent.

Soil: predominantly clayey and shallow with the presence of pebbles.
Training system: spurred cordon
Planting density: 4200 cp/ha.
Yield per hectare: 30 q/ha.
Withering: natural on the plant
Fermentation: at a controlled temperature (16-18°C) in steel vats and a small part in French oak barriques
(350 l.)
Aging 20% in. 350 l French oak barrique. and the remaining part in steel
Alcohol: 14%
Suggested serving temperature: 10-12°C.
Contains sulphites.
