DESCRIPTION

Our Grillo is very Sicilian, obtained from a native vine that dad Peppe decided to cultivate for this peculiarity and for the quality of the wine that is obtained from it.

The vine grows on medium-textured soil and is grown in espalier with guyot pruning.

After harvesting by hand, our Grillo is vinified in purity: we only use grapes of this variety to maintain the authentic Sicilian character of this native vine.
