Description
Colour: Golden yellow.
Aroma: Particularly fruity and floral, very intense with hints of dried apricot, magnolia, pineapple, toasted hazelnut, highlights hints of exotic fruit and broom. With aging, the mineral hints of hydrocarbons and toasted hazelnuts prevail.
Taste: Dry, warm, soft, full-bodied, with adequate freshness and strong aromatic persistence which amplifies the notes perceived by smell.

Pairings: Wine suitable to accompany the best dishes of Neapolitan seafood cuisine.
Excellent in combination with fried fish, without disdaining roast lamb chops.
Alcohol content: 13.5% Vol.
