ORGANOLEPTIC NOTES: The Carricante grapes on Etna always give enormous satisfaction because the marriage between the black sands and the altitude provides complex aromas and three-dimensional flavors. In this vintage we encounter notes of white acacia flowers, fresh almonds and mountain peaches on the nose; juicy and full on the palate with notes of yellow plums and prickly pears.
PAIRING: Perfect with raw fish and fresh fruit, with fish first courses, stretched curd cheeses. It is also a refined aperitif.
