Type: liqueur. Grapes: traditional white varieties harvested in September and early October.
Color: intense topaz and brilliant appearance.
Aroma: reminiscent of orange blossoms, with delicate almond aroma and candied fruit.
Taste: soft on the attack, warm and delicately alcoholic; very long aftertaste with a finish of dried white fruit, apricot and fig.
Alcohol: 16% Vol.
Pairing: pear and ricotta sac with cream sauce, almond desserts, tarts.
Contains sulphites.
