DONÀ BLANC is a cuvèe composed of 60% Pinot Bianco and 40% Chardonnay. Two vines that have been cultivated in Alto Adige for over 100 years and which, in the right places, know how to produce wines with their own charm. Wines with ripe fruit, an elastic body and a minerality that becomes more pronounced, especially after a few years of maturation.
The juice of fully ripe aromatic grapes is carefully and delicately pressed, which then ferments in wooden barrels for several weeks. Acid degradation therefore occurs naturally. Thanks to the 23 months of contact with the yeasts in wooden barrels and 2 years of aging in the bottle, DONÀ BLANC becomes round and elastic and develops its saline-mineral character.
