Vinification: The harvest takes place in the first ten days of October where the The grapes undergo a natural drying process in the vineyard.
The harvest and subsequent destemming takes place manually followed by cold maceration and thermoregulated fermentation. Natural arrest of fermentation when 14% vol is reached. resulting in a residual sugar of about 80 g/l.
Aging: The wine is aged in steel while preserving the peculiarities of the grapes unaltered

Colour: Crystalline with a deep yellow color
Flavour: Very complex, with an aromatic bouquet, ranging from yellow jasmine to ripe fruit with white and yellow pulp
Taste: Pleasantly sweet, fresh and balanced

Total acidity: 6.2 g/l
Service temperature: 10-12° C
Gastronomic combinations: A moderately sweet, fresh and balanced wine that adapts perfectly to both fruit-based desserts (fruit dry), blue or medium-aged cheeses.
