ORGANOLEPTIC NOTES: Pure Fiano coming from calcareous-clayey soils which contribute to enhancing the aromatic markers of Mediterranean scrub typical of this vine. Thus, between the broom flower and the thyme, delicate scents of chamomile, hay, mango and pomelo can be found. Mineral palate with traces of vibrant flavor that shake and quench thirst. Then the rhythm changes to become slower and more harmonious, an invitation to sip this signature white with the right calm, fully enjoying every nuance. The finish gives a silky tactile sensation with a very refined aftertaste of ripe apricots, flowering almond trees and basil leaves.
