COLOR
Light straw yellow, with subtle nuances of green tones.
SMELL
It opens with gentle notes of wild flowers and broom and almost immediately develops fresh hints reminiscent of mango, papaya, ripe banana and melon yellow peel; after a few moments, fine evocations of rosemary and bay leaf emerge.

PALATE
Harmonious and composed, it fully demonstrates its agile and lively nature by exhibiting a very satisfying acid streak, which dialogues
with the perfection with the soft structure, giving it an enviable drinkability.
