TRAINING SYSTEM: Part pergola, part espalier with Guyot pruning
PLANT DENSITY: 3,000 - 3,500 plants per hectare for the pergola, 5,000 - 6,000 for the espalier
HARVEST TIME: Mid September / early October
ALCOHOLIC CONTENT: 13.50% vol.
SERVING TEMPERATURE: 8 - 10 °C

ORGANOLEPTIC PROFILE
The pale straw yellow color anticipates a delicate and fresh bouquet with hints of ripe Golden apple and banana.
The taste is dry, with a good acidity, good body and great pleasure.
FOOD COMBINATIONS
Excellent with starters, it lends itself easily to both delicate fish-based recipes and dishes of slightly spiced white meat.
