Just as the figure of the mermaid is composed of part of a woman and part of a marine being, Charà is a wine that is made up of two "parts" elaborated with two distinct fermentation and refinement processes: one part in cement eggs for enhance the minerality, and another in barrique to give an enveloping structure.

The result is a complex and dynamic wine, capable of fascinating and enchanting like the legendary mythological creature.
