TYPE: White wine – Valle d'Aosta DOC Chambave Muscat;
VINE: Muscat Blanc (or Muscat Petit Grains) 100%.
COLOR: Straw yellow of medium intensity with golden reflections.
BOUQUET: Intense and persistent aromatic. Hints of sage, thyme; a range of citrus sensations, above all pink grapefruit, make up the extraordinary bouquet of this wine.
FLAVOUR: In the mouth, a well-balanced structured wine, it gives us citrus sensations of acacia flowers, elegant and persistent.
PAIRING: Medium-aged fatty cheeses in local cuisine, otherwise to be paired with even lightly smoked fish.
Serving temperature: 12/14 °C.
