DESCRIPTION
The white of the Centine family: fresh, versatile and with unmistakable aromas. Straw yellow wine with greenish reflections.
The fruity aromas stand out on the nose: hints of white fruit and citrus fruits are in perfect balance with the floral notes.
In the mouth it is fresh and full, with a long and savory finish.
VARIETY
Chardonnay and Vermentino
TECHNICAL NOTES
Fermentation: a controlled temperature (13-16°) in steel vats.
Refinement: in steel vats with rest on the lees for approximately 2 months.
Alcohol: 12.5%
Suggested serving temperature : 10-12°C.
Contains sulphites.
