Fermentation at a controlled temperature not exceeding 16°C for 20 days
Aging in stainless steel tanks for 3 months. The presence of carbon dioxide at a pressure lower than 2 bar gives the wine freshness and vivacity

Alcohol: 12.5% vol.

Colour: yellowish with intense straw-coloured reflections.
Bouquet: elegant and floral with a refined scent of fruit.
Taste: harmonious, ample, persistent, pleasantly fresh and of good taste.
Service temperature: 8-10°
Food pairings: ideal with hors d'oeuvres, shellfish and first courses with seafood.
