Candido Sauvignon Blanc P.G.I Terre Siciliane 75 cl Lo Brutto

The Sauvignon Blanc wine, IGT, is grown in a cool and well-ventilated area, between 490m and 520m above sea level, has a greenish yellow color with straw-yellow reflections, with a characteristic aroma that recalls exotic fruity notes and subtle hints floral.
The vegetal aromas range from green pepper to nettle, from tomato leaf to mowed grass.
The taste is dominated by liveliness, balanced acidity and the right alcohol content, which contribute to providing correct flavour.
Sauvignon blanc is a very renowned white grape variety, not only on the world scene, but above all for its original personality and strong character that the Sicilian terroir gives it.

FOOD COMBINATIONS
It is especially suitable for fish-based dishes, but also with white meats, risottos, soups, grilled vegetables, asparagus and legumes.
