Chardonnay, Sauvignon, Incrocio Manzoni and Nebbiolo (Chiavennasca) vinified in white.
PRODUCTION AREA
The vines are grown on the slopes of the Rhaetian Alps, along the right bank of the 'Adda.

ORGANOLEPTIC NOTES
Straw yellow color with green reflections. Intense floral scent with notes of elderberry and black locust; hints of white pulp fruit, peach and ripe pear; spices reminiscent of Mediterranean herbs and a light hint of pastry. In the mouth the sensation is of fullness with great acid harmony and natural minerality in the finish.
FOOD COMBINATIONS
Raw fish and shellfish, not too tasty cured meats, goat's milk and young cheeses, white meats and mushrooms.
