Bruling Pinot Gris Valle d'Aosta DOP 75 cl Les Cretes
Grape variety: white, 100% pinot Gris (traditional variety).
Annual production: 3,200 bottles.
Winemaking: refrigeration and soft whole bunch pressing of the grapes, fermentation, with selected yeasts, of 15 days in stainless steel at a temperature of 13-15 °C. Aging “sur lies” for 9 months with daily batonnages, 4 months of aging in the bottle.
Sensory notes: bright, straw yellow. On the nose, floral (lime tree, hawthorn and mountain herbs), and fruity (notes of apple and pear). Savory, soft, fresh and balanced taste. Long finish with mineral finish.
Serving temperature: 8/10 °C.
Pairings: seafood appetizers, scallops au gratin, paella, mountain trout with herbs.
Contains sulphites.
