Type: young white.

Grapes: Grechetto, Chardonnay, Pinot Grigio and other white grape varieties harvested in the first half of September.
Color: straw yellow 
Aroma: delicate and young, reveals notes of fresh fruit (peach, green apple), and an elegant floral hint in the finish; excellent persistence supported by a pleasant acidity; fragrant and very fresh in the finish with an almond finish.
Taste: lively, delicately acidic, has a medium structure with a soft and fruity finish and a long and refreshing aftertaste; slightly lovable. The incomplete fermentation determines its softness.
Alcohol: 11.5% Vol.
Pairing: sea bass carpaccio, white or brown rice with vegetables, Russian salad, penne with fresh tomato, mozzarella and basil, cold pasta with olives, anchovies and capers, fried chicken wings, caprese, mixed fried food, niçoise salad. Contains sulfites.
