Produced exclusively with white grapes, it is composed of 80% Chardonnay and 20% Pinot Blanc.
TASTING: The scent reveals intense aromas of fresh fruit and citrus fruits. The color is straw yellow with green reflections, abundant foam and fine and persistent perlage. The flavor is full, balanced and soft, with marked flavor and freshness.
PAIRINGS: Due to its characteristics it can be served at any time of the day.
It is perfect with shellfish, caviar, raw fish, fish and white meats, cured meats and cheeses. Ideal for creating atmosphere during aperitifs between meals and in the most important meetings.
