Bianco DOC Colli 75 cl Due del Monte
Wine: Collio Bianco.
Geographical Area: DOC Collio.
Vine variety: Friulano, Sauvignon, Malvasia, Chardonnay.
Production Area: Cormons and Dolegna del Collio (GO).
Harvest: Manual in small boxes in September.
Elaboration: Crushing of the whole grapes and soft pressing. Cold stabilization only by gravity. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks and partly in oak barrels where the wine remains for approximately 10 months.
Contains sulphites.
