Nose: intense and persistent fruity with hints of apple and exotic fruit.
Taste: full with good acidity, rich in fruity, pleasant and balanced aftertaste.
Pairings: fresh cheeses, canapés, risotto with vegetables, sashimi.
Serve at: 10° – 12° C
