Organoleptic notes: Its intense straw yellow color and golden reflections anticipate the complex aroma of this wine. It shows off delicate tea rose and white peach while citrus fruits give way to subtle notes of anise and sage. The finish is pleasant, fresh and slightly balsamic, with returns of medicinal herbs and rosemary.
Gastronomic pairings: Risotto with wild field herbs, cream of grass peas and saffron, fried sage, potatoes with rosemary, Apulian monacelle.
